Painting Tuscany

A workshop that will bring you throughout Tuscany

If you wish to discover the beauty and the uniqueness of Tuscany, you must not miss this Art workshop. In five unforgettable days you will draw and paint en plein air while visiting 5 of the most amazing Italian cities: Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Lucca and Pisa. You will be able to sketch outdoors the famous monuments, the ancient buildings, the medieval towers as well as the exquisite churches of these charming cities.

After going back home you will bring back with you a small Italian portfolio of yours: your artworks will represent the leaning tower, the piazza del Campo, the various Duomo of each town and several other monuments and views that you will never forget.

You will have the opportunity to create a sketchbook full of the memories of the different townscapes and ravishing places.

This course is held only on a one-on-one tuition basis and it is ideal both for Art novices and for skilled students and professionals who want to approach or improve the freehand pencil drawing as well as the perspective drawing.

During en plein air sessions you will get to know the secrets of how to draw and paint architectural elements, townscapes, ancient decorations and sculptures.

The following media can be practiced: pencil, water colour, oil painting and pastel. Students can also concentrate on the study of the use of colours and shades.

No requirements are needed in order to attend this intensive Art seminar at the open air.
