Unleash Your Inner Artist: Watercolor Workshop in Florence
Develop your watercolor skills and capture the charm of beautiful Florence in this indoor workshop. This workshop provides a foundation in essential techniques, allowing you to capture the city’s charm – terracotta rooftops, historic bridges, and the Arno River’s golden light. However, your artistic journey doesn’t stop there! Feel free to explore other subjects that ignite your passion, from still lifes and botanicals to captivating landscapes.

This workshop is perfect for all skill levels. Beginners will receive a strong foundation in watercolor techniques, while experienced artists can refine their skills and expand their portfolios with captivating Florentine scenes.

Learn from the experts. Our instructors will guide you through the secrets of vibrant watercolor painting, from creating tinted sketches to crafting multi-layered masterpieces. Experiment on various paper surfaces (dry, wet, and sponged) to discover the unique effects each offers. Popular themes will include charming cityscapes, captivating landscapes, enchanting still lifes, and the delicate beauty of Florentine botanicals.

Gouache: A Vibrant Option. This workshop also introduces the gouache technique, a wonderful complement to watercolors. Explore the differences between these mediums – watercolors’ luminous transparency versus gouache’s rich opacity – and discover how each can bring your Florentine visions to life.

Learn in your language. Classes are available in both Italian and English.
