I just wanted to say that my two weeks of courses were fantastic. The teachers were so helpful and it was an amazing experience. I hope to return again some time in the future.

I'd like to share that I have been admitted to the Florence Biennale in October! So exciting. I'm still so grateful for the opportunity to study with Stefano for a week last October. My skills have progressed. Thank you once again!

I had a fantastic day in an art studio in Florence today. It's been so long for me since I painted (over 3 weeks) so it felt good. Also to be instructed by another person and amongst other artists was so fun. (more…)

I was thrilled when I was able to take a 3 hour fresco class with B. To learn the techniques of the masters was awesome! I definitely have even more respect for the masters. I know 3 hours is not enough time to learn much but it gave me a good idea what goes into it. Using pigments was a new experience. I’m very proud of my painting. It was truly a highlight of my time in Florence. Grazie! Roxane

Dear Barbara, thank you so much for a wonderful week of learning about Renaissance art in Florence. You have amazing knowledge of art and art history - thank you for sharing knowledge and insights and answering all our questions. We feel immersed in the art of Florence and it has given us a great starting point to learn more about the artists.

I want to thank the school and especially S. and A. for the week I spent learning drawing and watercolor. It was an excellent experience and they both gave me instruction that I'll use forever.
