Gift courses are delivered digitally as a coupon (if you wish to see a sample of coupon please click here).

You can schedule the date of the delivery if you want. Two options of delivery are available:

• you can ask to receive the coupon, which then you will handle personally to your beloved one(s);
• you can have us the coupon delivered to your beloved one(s).

Can I return a gift?

Yes, provided you return it at least 7 days before the course starts. In this case you will be refunded the whole amount.

On line lessons can be held between 8.00am and 8.00pm (20:00) Central European Time.

The lesson can be split in two: i.e., in the first 15 minutes you establish a working plan and then after about an hour, in the second 15 minutes our instructor checks on what you have done, may suggest some changes and gives you further advice until the next lesson.

• Recipients must be 16 or older.
• One lesson is 30 or 60 minutes.
• Cancelled bookings. If a booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to the beginning of the course, attendance fees will be refunded or the lesson can be rescheduled. If a booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the course, no fee will be refunded and the lesson can not be rescheduled.
• No reimbursement will be made to students who begin their course late or interrupt it before its official end.
• By sending the application form the student accepts our terms and conditions. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled in the competent court in Florence.
