Our sanitation measures

These are the sanitation measures adopted by the Accademia del Giglio for the protection of students, teachers and all staff in order to contrast and contain the spread of Covid-19 virus, in compliance with the protocols provided by the Ministry of Health.

Classrooms

• All classrooms and facilities will be sanitized at least twice a day. In case a student changes his/her workstation, the workstation will be sanitized.
• Students are kindly requested to keep a distance of at least one meter (6 feet) from the staff, other students and teaching staff.
• Students are kindly requested to occupy only their workstation.
• The greatest possible ventilation of the premises is guaranteed.
• Hygiene products and gloves will be provided to students and staff.

Teaching staff and students

• Obligation to measure body temperature when entering school premises.
• Obligation of hand hygiene when entering school premises.
• Obligation, for anyone inside the premises, to wear a mask.

Advice

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or disinfect them with alcohol-based gel (available at school).
• It is mandatory to throw used disposable masks and gloves in the appropriate trash bin.
• Please do not stop in common areas and avoid handshakes.
• It is not possible to eat meals inside the school.
• Cover your mouth and hands with a tissue in case of coughing or sneezing.
• In case of fever or flu-like symptoms, please inform the staff immediately.
