Lesson Duration: An academic hour is 45 minutes for group Italian classes and 60 minutes for art classes (unless otherwise specified). Schedule: The school schedule may be subject to variations on national holidays. Minimum Enrollment: The academy reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum enrollment of three students. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Teacher Substitution: The academy reserves the right to substitute teachers for any course or workshop at short notice or during the session. Force Majeure: We strongly advise participants to acquire travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may lead to course cancellation and potential losses for airfare and accommodation. Student Responsibility: Students are responsible for any damages they cause to school property. Cancellation Policy: Bank Charges: Students are responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with their enrollment. Teacher-Student Issues: The academy will make all reasonable efforts to ensure a suitable teacher and course fit. However, we are not responsible for any student-teacher issues beyond our control.
